# Auto-Complete Gussets

Learn how to use MachineBuilder’s Gusset Auto-Complete feature to efficiently place gussets and streamline your design process.

**Feature Overview**

This smart design feature automatically places internal gussets on fully closed rectangular extrusion loops and is always enabled within MachineBuilder.

**Using the Gusset Auto-Complete Feature**

1. Select the gusset you wish to use and move it to the internal joint intersection of the rectangular loop. The gusset will temporarily snap into place.
2. Hold **Ctrl** and left-click the checkmark on the screen to automatically place gussets at all four internal corners of the sub-assembly.

**Additional Information**

- The feature only works on fully closed rectangular loops.
- It is unsupported with these extrusion profiles: **247.5 x 247.5 mm**, **180 x 22.5 mm**, and **20 mm OD Round**.
- The feature supports all types of gussets.
