Repeat step 11 until all rack segments are attached. Attach the second belt clamp. Tighten the idler set screws on the housing to approximately 1Nm. Cycle the actuator and check that it runs smoothly, increase or decrease the tension until the actuator runs smoothly. Attach the motor or powertrain components.
