# View Quote list

View all project quotes in one place.

## Prerequisites

- Access to a project

## Steps

### Step 1: Open Quotes Tab

Click "Quotes" in the sidebar.

## Quotes Table

Shows for each quote:

- **Name:** Quote name and number
- **Added by:** Creator with avatar
- **Expiration date:** Valid until date
- **Total:** Quote amount
- **Actions:** Three-dot menu

## Actions

- Click quote row to view details
- Click "New" to generate quote
- Use three-dot menu for:
  - Preview the quote
  - Download PDF
  - Delete
- Click column headers to sort
